During the 8 years teams from Jasper and Walker County have been going on missions to Honduras, we have received help and support from many individuals, clubs, churches, and organizations. We thank you. Now we add another to our list of many "thank you's": Lawson and Linda Murphy, there family, and Murphy Manufacturing Company. Each year Alabama Honduran Medical/Education Network (AHMEN) sends two or more 40 ft. containers to Honduras. Some of the containers carry the supplies/equipment needed for our work on the mission fiels, some carry food, clothing, tools, and various items need so desperately by the local Hondurans to better their life. The outpouring from our area was so great this year, AHMEN had more than we could send down. We found ourselves with goods and items needed in Honduras, but we could not get them into the container. In addition, we did not have a warehouse/loading facility we could use for the containers. Lexie Hilton contacted Lawson and his organization and they have generously agreed to let AHMEN use one of their warehouses for storage and loading. You cannot imagine how this will benefit AHMEN and the people of Honduras. Thank you Lawson, Linda and your entire family,
Dr.Tom Camp Alabama Honduran Medical/Educational Network

Good Morning Honduran Leadership,
Good news. We have all the money and supplies we need for the 3rd container. Sister Eleanor and Sandy have outlined what they would like to have on the container, where it will go, how it will be distributed, etc. Not only do we have all the money we need (isn't that nice), but we also have the supplies they requested in the warehouse here in Jasper or in Ken Key's warehouse - thanks to all of your generosity.
Many of you have sent money, supplies, and spent time on these containers.
So, why am I writing you? To tell you thanks for all you have done. Also, please pass this on to your team members. They need to know how much we appreciate them.
As C.D. said the other day, it is unbelievable what we can do when we all work together.
Have a great New Year.
I sure do enjoy working with you guys.
Vaya con Dios, Tom Camp
