Brad is correct. There are several articles, one on each Central and South American country, and most of t he Carribean ae well, which detail the unique problems in each case. The one on Honduras is particularily good, since it gives quite a few details of HIV infection in the Garifina population, and discusses the attitudes towards this problem in Honduras.
