Dear team (s) members,
What an impressive, exciting group you are! It promises to be another rich, rewarding journey. Here is the schedule, from the PINCC perspective, with others plugged in as I currently understand it. It would be good if we could all look it over, and send off any alterations to the rest of us (or at least to the team leaders) so we create a seamless flow. We’re going in slightly smaller, different groups this time, to minimize stress on both leaders and communities in Honduras. In Nicaragua, we’ll be a bigger group, and hopefully can meet that challenge well. A big welcome to those who are new on this mission; you will meet amazing people, be challenged by weather and surroundings, work like mad, and have the time of your life.
Pat and I are leaving for Africa on September 15, and will be incommunicado until about 9/30, after which we’ll check emails intermittently. Kay will be back in Oakland on Oct. 13, to clean up any last-minute details. There will be a dinner meeting in Oakland at Pat and Kay’s on October 21, to get acquainted and discuss the logistics of providing PINCC services, for those available to come. I can patch in others, like
Nancy in Minnesota, by speakerphone for the discussion. Erin and Lisa, we’ll meet in NYC. All the other team members who are able, are welcome to come! Just please RSVP by Oct. 15, so I can plan food. I’ll send a reminder with time then.
In peace,
Kay Taylor @ PINCC
