Most of the things that are to go to special places are noted on the boxes.


These may have not been clear.

1. Air conditioner to hold in AHMEN warehouse for the new Sewing school to be built in Limon next summer.

2. Large Window/attic fan. hold in AHMEN warehouse to be installed in girl's dorm next summer.

3. Microscope to go to Gloria, in Limon from Paulette West.

4. All medical supplies to be divided between Soiya (Mission Pharmacy in La
Ceiba) and Ciriboya (Bill Camp and Dr. Luther)
any " " left to be distributed as Cruzado sees fit.

5. 10 white boxes of books marked either: Lexie Hilton, Bill Camp, or Ciriboy go to Ciriboya Clinic

6. All tools to go Plan de Flores, Woodworking school

7. Large sewing machines (2)- Lou Altman will contact you.

8. Other sewing machines and sewing supplies, to be divided between the sewing schools as needed at Cruzado discretion.

9. Bicycles as marked.

10. your mom sent down multiple boxes, bags, etc. She will need to decide about her things.

11. Ken Key has several boxes marked to hold for him. Hold in the AMEN Bodega.

12. Anything else not marked is to be distributed as Cruzado sees fit.

If you have questions, contact me or the person who sent the items.

All special items should be marked. We do not want you to "save" unmarked boxes until we get down next year. Vaya con Dios, Please tell all AHMEN's friends we said "hello" and Merry Christmas.

Hi Team Leadership,

Time for decisions again. Buckett just called and reminded me that the teams
will be arriving in Honduras as early as May. The question is, when do we
send the next container?

For the new members here is how it has worked in the past.

All teams who are interested "pitch in" on a single container. Each team
sends down what they will need to make their time in Honduras a success. Ex.
:Medical teams can send medical stuff, educational teams can send
educational stuff, construction teams send construction stuff, mixed teams
send mixed stuff.
Once all the things are on the container that each of us feel that we really
need, we then fill the container with stuff that we want to send for helping
other folks, ex. clothes, food, toys, bicycles, books, etc.

What we need to decide now is:



1. Who will be the Container Coordinator: we are looking for volunteers and
nominations The bad thing about being the container coordinator is everybody
fusses at you when you make the obvious right decision. the good thing is
you get to control the container and make sure it is done Wright.

2. What date to load the container: Date of first team in early May, so at
least by early April?

3. What teams want to participate: cost of participation is total cost of
container (usually $3,500 to $4,000) devided by no. of participating teams
(usually about $400/team)




Presently we have a warehouse so that problem is solved for now. The
warehouse is in Jasper and we can load directly from the warehouse.

Why did you get this e-mail? Because you are considered part of the
Leadership Structure. Please get with your team, pray about this, and give
us some feedback.

will speak with my men’s small group on Wednesday, we can then order the Bibles and then get them shipped to you. Yes, we are fine with you giving them out in the Lord’s name. When we were there, I brought some bibles with me and I tried to distribute them out to the various villages so all of the villages had some Bibles. If that works for you then we would be grateful. I have already emailed Douglas and Gloria and they are willing to help as well. Douglas was wonderful in helping translate for me and his faith is strong. I have also emailed Pastor David Kelly and he is willing to help as well. How many bibles are you able to send with your supplies? Each case of 20 bibles weight’s approx 28 lbs. Let me know.
